Bridge and Banner™ is a district-first solution that protects learning continuity for children who move frequently, starting with active-duty military families. Bridge and Banner™ ends the reset with a portable Continuing Education Plan (PreK–5); a plain-language, skill-by-skill snapshot that travels with the child. It empowers teachers with day-one clarity to differentiate instruction, equips parents to advocate with a respected, shared record, and gives students a steady runway so confidence and momentum grow instead of stalling.

 

Districts launch through a guided 90-day pilot (admin alignment, train-the-trainer, parent workshops, and measurable outcomes) and scale with minimal lift. Designed to be FERPA-friendly, data-minimal, and district-controlled, the Plan complements SIS/IEP/504 records rather than replacing them.
